Eric Reiter, MSW

Eric joined Voices for Children in September 2024 after nearly ten years of professional experience in political campaigns, nonprofit direct services, grassroots community organizing, and public policy advocacy at the municipal, state, and federal levels. Their experience has taught them the importance of approaching this work with a solutions-oriented approach that meets people where they are, amplifies historically excluded voices, and builds coalitions that achieve positive and sustainable change. They hold a bachelor’s degree from Doane University and a master’s degree from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. They were born and raised in rural Nebraska and now reside in the Dundee neighborhood of Omaha.
